Two Synergy Logistics Leaders Named 2026 Women in Supply Chain Award Winners
Synergy Logistics, the company behind the SnapFulfil and ORCA warehouse management systems, today announced that two members of its team have been named recipients of the 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum™ Award. Karolina "Nina" Grzebieniowska, Product Manager, was honored in the Trailblazers category, while Nicole Napoli, Solutions Consultant, was recognized in the Rising Stars category.
Presented by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive, the annual award recognizes women whose accomplishments, mentorship and example are helping strengthen the supply chain industry and create opportunities for women at every level.

"To have Nina and Nicole recognized in the same year is a tremendous honor for Synergy Logistics," said Brian Kirst, COO. "They have taken different paths through the industry, but both bring a deep understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to helping customers and colleagues succeed. Their recognition reflects the expertise and leadership they bring to our organization every day."
Grzebieniowska began her supply chain career on the warehouse floor as a picker in the United Kingdom before moving into WMS implementation, integrations and product management. Today, she helps shape the SnapFulfil product roadmap, translating customer requirements, implementation experience and operational challenges into new functionality and technical development priorities.
Her recent work includes warehouse automation projects such as conveyor technologies, ecommerce and carrier integrations, serialization, cartonization, security enhancements and the modernization of SnapFulfil’s API documentation.
Napoli brings a similarly practical perspective to her role. Before joining Synergy Logistics, she worked in retail and third-party logistics, supporting high-volume B2B and B2C fulfillment operations through account management, onboarding, training and warehouse support. She was also a SnapFulfil user, giving her firsthand experience with the technology before she began helping prospective customers evaluate it.
As a Solutions Consultant, Napoli serves as a bridge between warehouse operators, the commercial team and Synergy Logistics’ product experts. She leads early discovery and qualification conversations, helping companies identify their operational pain points, system requirements, growth plans and the WMS approach best suited to their needs. She has also helped sales teams gain stronger operational context, as well as prospects to receive a more consultative experience from the first conversation.
"Nina and Nicole represent the range of experience needed to move warehouse technology forward," added Kirst. "Nina brings the perspective of someone who has progressed from the warehouse floor to technical product leadership, while Nicole uses her operational background to help customers make better technology decisions. We are proud to see both of them honored."
The 2026 Women in Supply Chain Forum will take place Nov. 17-18 in Charleston, South Carolina.
