How to View Operator Performance Reports
You may need to know how your operators are performing. For example, you may need to know if an operator is working at the right pace, or how many of a certain task type an operator or team has completed.
For this type of information:
- Go to Activity > Operator Performance.
You will see a blank screen like this:

Select the Team that you require the information for, then choose a Start and End Date.
This will refresh the screen to show the Operators who worked on any Tasks between the specified dates. It also shows how many Tasks they have completed and how long it took.
The following information is displayed:
Operator - The Operator's ID.
Name - The Operator's name.
Count - The number of Tasks of all Types performed by the Operator between the Start and End dates.
Work Time - The length of time that the Operator was logged on for (hours:minutes:seconds).
Standard Time - The combined time that the Tasks should take to complete, as defined in Master Data System > Task Standards > Standard Times.
Variance Time - The Work Time minus the Standard Time.
A positive number means the Operator took longer than expected to do the Tasks.
A negative number means the Operator finished more quickly than expected.
If no Standard Time has been set this will be the Work Time.
Variance % - The Standard Time as a percentage of the Work Time.
Under 100% means the Operator took longer than expected to do the Tasks.
Over 100% means the Operator finished more quickly than expected.
If no Standard Time has been set this will be '0'.

Individual Operators' Performance
If you need to see the same information broken down by Task Type for a single Operator:
- Select the operator.
The
button becomes available at the bottom of the screen.
- Click the View Detail button.
A breakdown of the completed Task Types is displayed:

The information displayed is as described above, except that it is organized by Task Type, rather than by Operator.
