How to Understand Load Tasks

A LOAD is made up of several shipments and we sometimes get questions like:

If there is an item that is needed for three orders and it it set as a LOAD - why does the system not create one task?  It sends the workers to the same location three times to pick the same item.

The answer to this is below:

When you use the Pick by the Load function on an RF device it won't reduce the number of tasks that you need to complete, it just groups all of the tasks from each of the shipments in the Load together so the user doesn't have to keep selecting each shipment at the end of the picks.
