How to Read Replenishment Settings

When setting up Replenishment's you will need to specify how often you want the Location to be replenished. This is done by setting the Replenish field in the appropriate Replenishment screen.

Below are the 4 common Replenish settings and what they do:

Monitor - This sets the record to 'Monitor'.  The next time the Replenishment process runs, the Location will be checked to see if any Stock needs to be replenished.

If stock is required, SnapFulfil will try to create a Task to fill the Location. The Task will be created with a priority of 'Normal' and will be assigned to a suitable Operator.

Monitor Now - This will immediately check if any stock is required to be replenished into the pickface location.

If stock is required, SnapFulfil will try to create a Task to fill the Location. The Task will be created with a priority of 'Critical' so it is issued immediately to the next available Operator.

Replenish - This sets a flag on the pickface Location so that the replenishment process will try to create a Replenishment Task the next time the process runs. It will not wait until the quantity has dropped below the minimum quantity set. The Task will be created with a priority of 'Normal' and will be issued in turn to a suitable authorized operator.

Replenish Now - This will try to create the Replenishment Tasks for the Location immediately. The Task will be created with a priority of 'Critical' so it is issued immediately to the next available operator.
