How to Manage SnapFulfil Reports
This document includes the standard operating procedures for all users to access and use SnapFulfil in both RF mode and screen mode.
Reports
Purpose: The following table outlines the steps for viewing Reports under the Report Topic.

Click on the Reports Topic to view all the Reports. |

Select the Report you want to open and click the View Button. |

If the Report has search parameters then enter these and click View. If the Report does not have search parameters then the report results will be displayed. |

Export the Report in whatever format required by choosing the format from the drop down list and clicking the Save icon. |

Summary of Reports
Purpose: The following table outlines the full list of available reports within SnapFulfil.

Attachment Report |
Provides details of any shipments that contain and attachment. Examples of attachments include picking/packing instructions. |
|
Audit Report |
Audit results (Variance and no Variance) for audit requests in the date range specified |
|
Carrier Load Manifest |
Provides Carrier information for fulfilled shipments |
|
Customer Order Fulfillment Analysis |
Returns a count of fulfilled shipments grouped by customer |
|
Customer Pallet Build |
Returns product configuration details for a specified shipment’s product lines. You must enter the shipment ID and the StT in question when running this report |

Customer Shipments – Order Report |
Returns Shipment and address information for shipments in a fulfilled stage. |
|
Delivery Report |
Returns the quantity shipped per shipment for a specified owner within a specified date range. |
|
Dispatch Report |
This report provides details of all shipped shipments on a specific date for a specific owner and carrier. |

Due Out Order Report |
Returns shipment details and address details for shipments in a Due Out stage |

Goods In Report |
This report provides receipt details based on the date of the receipt being created, the owner and the supplier |

Historical Receipts Report |
Returns receipt header, lines and SKU information for received receipts within date range selected |
|
Multi Owner Fulfillment Summary |
Provides number of orders fulfilled by each stock owner |
|
Pickface Volume Analysis |
This report provides an analysis of the pick faces separated by product and location and provides a visual representation of how the pick faces are used between a user’s specified start and end date. |

Released order Report |
Returns shipment and address information for all shipments from stages released to fulfilled at the time of running the report. |
|
Serial Mismatch Report |
Returns stock and SKU information for SKUs which utilize serialization, and that have serials within the system where the stock quantity does not match the amount of serials. |

Shortage Report |
The report will show shipment header and shipment line details where: 1) The booked date (SHH_DATESHIPMENT) is within the parameter dates entered on the first screen 2) The ship stage is Picked or above, including fulfilled 3) There is a shortage (picked/shipped is less than ordered) 4) All ship classes (order types) to be included All carriers to be included |

Returns Shipment, Line and SKU information for fulfilled shipments with a variance within a specified date range. |

This report details shipments based on the Owner, Stage (Active, Deleted or Purged) and the Date Created/Date |

Stock Levels Report |
Returns stock, replenishment and SKU information. Groups records by product giving a sum of quantity. |

Stock Move Report |
Returns Stock Movement information for actioned or closed movements |
|
Stock Occupancy Report |
This report will provide SKU and StU information by location at the time of running the report. |

Stock Report |
This report displays the allocated and net stock quantity per product based on the Owner that is specified when first running the report |

Stock by Location Report |
This report provides a summary of all stock within the warehouse at the time of running the report |
|
Transfer of Ownership |
Returns stock movement and SKU information for all actioned OWNER change movements within a specified date range |

Warehouse Performance |
Provides a summary of information for stock movements, shipments and receipts within the entered date range |
