How to Create a New Warehouse Shipment
There are two methods available to create a new Warehouse Shipment
- Via Interface from a Host system.
- Manually entered as a Warehouse Shipment
Manually entered as a Warehouse Shipment
Orders can also be created manually within Dispatch - Inter-Warehouse Shipments as follows:
Log into SnapFulfil and from the Topics menu click on Dispatch.
From the expanded list, select Inter-Warehouse Shipment.
Click on the ‘Due Out’ radio button and then ‘New’.
The following fields are mandatory and must be completed:
- Order
- Warehouse - From
- Class
- Priority Allocation
- Priority Dispatch
- Owner
- Warehouse
- Ship Lane
- Ship Method
- Date Ship
- Date Delivery
When all the details have been entered click the ‘Confirm’ button.
Click on the Order Lines and click on ‘New’.
The following fields then need to be completed:
- Line
- Product
- Unit
- Ordered
When all the details have been entered click the ‘Confirm’ button, then either enter the next line or click ‘Cancel’.
