If the warehouse appears to have negative stock quantity on the system, but you know that this is not right, it may be that the stock calculation has not run for a while.
To correct the figures:
- Navigate to Inventory > Stock by Product
- Highlight the line that has negative quantity.
- Click the button at the bottom of the page.
The system will recalculate all of the movements and stock levels for the product selected and update the Qty if necessary.
If it is still incorrect then please raise a ticket for the Service Desk to investigate.
