FAQ-Why Can't I See Older Transactions/Stock Movements?

In order to keep a system running smoothly and quickly, old information is usually deleted after a certain amount of time.  SnapFulfil is able to send completed information (Shipments, Receipts, Stock Movements, etc) to your Host system so that you can keep it with all your other information for as long as you like.

SnapFulfil will only retain live data for the amount of time defined in your Solution Specification by your Project Manager.  This is usually 90 days.  After this time, the information is automatically purged (deleted) from SnapFulfil and is no longer accessible.

If the operation requires data to be kept for a longer period of time, please contact your Account Manager for a quotation for storing the extra data.
