FAQ-Why Are You Performing Maintenance?

On some occasions you may receive correspondence from our technical department regarding maintenance. 

Q: What maintenance is being carried out?

This will be outlined in the correspondence received from our Technical department but could be Database moves or security patches for example. 

Q: Will there be any system outages during the maintenance period? - Will you be able to use the system or will specific parts be unavailable?

A: This will also be specified in the email, there may not be any outage at all, there may be partial outages i.e. interfaces may not process for a set amount of time or there may be a full outage whereby SnapFulfil will be unavailable. This is all dependent on what type of maintenance is being carried out.
