FAQ-Understanding Login Failure Codes

SnapFulfil features a log of login failures under Activity > Sessions and then by selecting 'Login Failure.'

Below is the list of failure codes relating to logins:

01 User Not Found

02 Invalid User Status

03 Expired User

04 Invalid Org User

05 Invalid Password/Credentials

01 User Not Found - This code appears when someone that hasn't been set up tries to log, it can also be displayed if there is a blip in connectivity on an RF device.

02 Invalid User Status - This code appears when someone tries to log in that has an invalid status against them such as 'Suspended' or 'Holiday.'  This will need to be amended to be a valid status prior to logging in.

03 Expired User - The expiry date of the user has passed and so the user is now invalid, this is usually used for temporary or contract workers.

04 Invalid Org User - This appears when a user hasn't got an Org set against them, you will need to review the set up and ensure that this corrected.

05 Invalid Password/Credentials - This appears when an incorrect User Name / Password combination is entered, you will need to check your login details.  Remember that the password is case sensitive.
