When looking at the Inventory summary screens you may see multiple lines with the same stock and in the same location.
Don't panic if this is the case as it is fairly common.
There are a number of reasons for this, including by not limited to:

Your zone is STU controlled and different QTY's have been placed onto different StU's, in the same location

Your stock has different attributes (i.e. different batch, production or expiry dates, etc.)
As you can see in the below example we searched for product CARTSKU1.
This gave us 5 lines in Location CARTEIN.
