FAQ-How to Perform an Audit on RF Device
This is a quick reference to performing audits on the RF device
When performing Audit Tasks on an RF device, the following process applies:
- You will be directed to a Location.
Once there you are prompted to:
- Scan or input a SKU and press Enter
- Confirm the Unit of Measure and press Enter
- Input a quantity and press Enter
- Press F4 to reconcile
If the Quantities Match
If the input quantity is the same as the quantity on SnapFulfil you will be directed to the next Location or SKU.
If the Quantities Don't Match
If there is a variance between the input quantity and the quantity on SnapFulfil an error will display on the screen.
You will be prompted to repeat the above process twice to ensure the new quantity is accurate.
When the same quantity has been entered twice, pressing F4 for the final time will validate the new quantity and it will appear on SnapFulfil.
