FAQ-How to Change the Number of Licenses
SnapFulfil uses a concurrent license model for logins. This means that your operation can have a SnapFulfil user account for every employee without needing to purchase individual licenses. If you need more users logged in simultaneously, you can request an increase in the number of licenses on a temporary or permanent basis.
There are different types of license:
- Pack station license (may include a handheld or wedge scanner)
- RF user license (may include an RF scanner)
- Admin user license (a screen user)
Changes to SnapFulfil licenses fall under two types of change request:
- A temporary increase in licenses (Uplift)
- Useful if you are expecting a busy period (such as holiday seasons) or are running a flash sale and need a short-term increase in logins
- There is a minimum term of 3 months for all temporary increases
- A permanent increase in licenses (Upgrade)
- Used as the operation grows and expands
- Permanently increases the number of user licenses.
