FAQ-How to Advance a Load

Log into SnapFulfil and from the Topics menu click on Dispatch. 

From the expanded list, select Load.

• Click on the ‘Due In’ radio button and then select the required Load.
• From either the Load Summary or Load Detail screen click on 'Release'.

This will advance the stage of the Load and any assigned Customer Shipments to 'Released' and will try to allocate the required stock to the Orders.

Once all of the stock has been picked to the Marshalling Lane, the 'Commence Loading' button should be clicked.

This will prompt for the Loading Door to be entered, and once confirmed will create a single LOAD task, and either multiple SLOD (StU Loading) or ILOD (Item Loading) tasks.

These tasks will be actioned by suitable authorized operators, and when complete the Load will be at stage 'Loaded'.
