FAQ-Can I Roll Back a Receipt

Once a Receipt gets to Inspected status we are unfortunately unable roll it back to Inspect status.

This is due to the amount of background changes that the system amends which cannot be undone without a high risk to data integrity.

In order to move forward you would need to create a new Receipt with a new Receipt number - remembering to update your HOST system if applicable.
