FAQ - Can I Roll Back a Fulfilled Shipment

Quick Reference for rolling back a shipment.

There is no way to roll back a Shipment that has been progressed to stage Fulfilled. 

When a Shipment is marked as Fulfilled, there are many things that are updated in the background that cannot be 'undone'.  

If the details have been interfaced to your HOST system, it would also result in the stock being out of sync between the 2 systems, possibly causing follow on issues with stock discrepancies and incorrectly invoicing your customers.

If the operation have pressed Ship before time, we would recommend receiving the stock back onto SnapFulfil and creating another shipment manually or by interfacing from your HOST system.  If you are unsure, or if there are a lot of products on the shipment, we recommend discussing with your team internally to see whether you have a manual option that you could use as a one-off solution.
